Most commonly, these profiles are used as machine guarding, framework for automated assembly lines, conveyance tables and benches ALU-FLEX Structural Aluminum Profiles are available in a variety of sizes and configurations. Metric, profiles are available in 20, 30, 45, 60 and 90mm configurations. Fractional, profiles are available in 1" and 1.5" configurations. Custom, we can also produce custom extrusions. Alu-Flex workstations are based on our structural aluminum profile. This gives us the capability to produce economical industrial workstations. Ergonomically design to fit a variety of situations. The frames are available in a variety of widths, depths, and lengths, in several frame styles. We even have an adjustable height frame that can be fitted with any of standard table tops.
